Jackie’s Vision for the 6th 

  • Our education system is improving, but still unequal.

    Education reform should be student-oriented, not profit-minded for outsider private corporations.

  • Teachers’ working conditions are our students’ learning conditions.

    Our schools improve when our teachers have a voice in their workplace.

    We all deserve to work and learn in adequate, mold-free buildings.

    • There is no place for ICE in our schools. 

    • We need to prioritize lowering staffing ratios, spending public funds on public goods, and supporting our ever-changing student body.
